Jacques facilitated a brainstorming session on Needs or services required and Skills (Skill set or bank in the school)
The following list of activities was arrived at

These were subsequently categorised as follows:
Day to day services around school: Lead persons are Olga, Barbara, Maysoon
Items to consider: Traffic Warden, Library, School book rental, homework club etc

Events around the school: Lead Person is Maja , Rosaleen
Items to Consider: After School Activities, School Garden etc
Community Services: Lead person is Rao
DIY services, Volunteers for trips, Community Cleaning and Maintenance of School environment

Community Activities: Lead persons are Meena, Una
Anit Bullying group, Choir, Website, knitting, organising events for the school (School Opening, Halloween, 6th class graduation,

Art around the school

The lead people are to engage in action research on the above items and report back on the 29th to the main group.
From this research we hope to list the assets and devise a time in and time out strategy.
