All proceeds will go to Goal.

Following the success of last year’s Summer Camp, we would like to continue with a summer camp this year. An initial meeting took place on Thursday 11th February in St. John the Evangelist NS. Please contact the office if you have any ideas which could be discussed at the next meeting. New volunteers are needed and will be notified of date of the next meeting.

Blog: We have a straw poll on our website at the moment regarding whether the school should have a school uniform or tracksuit. Please go to our blog on www.acetns.ie to vote Yes, No or Compromise. This is only a straw poll, please only vote once.

Reminder: English Language classes will start Tuesday 23rd February, please contact the office on 01-6540088 if you would like to attend these.

SPHE (Social, Personal & Health Education) – copies of this document are available in our school office for your perusal. This document will be ratified by the BOM in March 2010.

Green Schools – (We are aiming to achieve a Green Flag and must make our school more environmentally friendly) We would like to encourage parents to put their children’s lunch in plastic/tubberware containers instead of using tinfoil and clingfilm. Also all children are requested to bring home their lunch rubbish. This is to reduce the amount of rubbish which we send to the landfill.
